Quotes and prices

This website doesn't show fixed prices. Every job is different, so we quote from your photos or a visit, and we agree the price with you before the work starts. That is the price that applies.

Enquiries and bookings

Sending a message or a form does not create a contract. The date, what is included and the cost are agreed with you before each job.

Waste

Waste we remove is carried under our Environment Agency registration as an upper tier waste carrier and dealer (CBDU629229) and taken to licensed sites. Some items need specialist handling and are agreed separately, or not accepted; we tell you before the job.

Photos and content

The before and after photos on this website are from our own jobs. We don't show people, house numbers or addresses. The text and logo belong to ISACLEARSPACE SOLUTIONS LIMITED.

Links to other websites

This site links to services we don't control, such as WhatsApp, Google and GOV.UK registers. We're not responsible for their content or how they use your information.

Liability

We're not liable for any loss that comes from relying on general information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under the law of England and Wales, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
