- Oven cleaning, inside and outside, is priced separately by the size of the oven.
- Exterior window cleaning is available at an additional cost.
- Professional carpet cleaning and steam cleaning are not included unless agreed separately.

Questions
Is the oven included?
Oven cleaning, inside and outside, is priced separately by the size of the oven, so you only pay for it if you need it.
Do I need to empty the fridge?
Yes. The fridge and freezer must be empty and defrosted before we clean them.
Can you take away what the tenant left?
Yes. We're a licensed upper tier waste carrier (CBDU629229), so furniture and rubbish can go in the same visit.
How soon can you come?
If the diary isn't full, often the next day. It depends on the size of the property and how much there is to do.
