This notice explains how ISA Clear Space Solutions ("we", "us") uses personal information when you ask for a quote, book a job, contact us or use this website.
Who we are
ISA Clear Space Solutions is the trading name of ISACLEARSPACE SOLUTIONS LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17103169). ISACLEARSPACE SOLUTIONS LIMITED is the controller of your information. Contact: isaclearspacesolutions@gmail.com, 07847 179676.
What we collect
- What you send through the contact form: your name, phone number, email address, the service, the type of property, your town or postcode and your message.
- What you send by phone, WhatsApp or email, such as photos of the rooms, garden or items, the address of the job, access details and the dates that suit you.
- Records of the job and the payment.
Why we use it, and the legal basis
- To reply to you, quote and do the job: steps you asked for before a contract, and the contract itself (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- To keep the records tax and waste law require, such as payments and waste transfer notes: legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).
- To keep this website secure and working: our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).
We don't use your details for marketing and we don't sell them. Before and after photos only go on this website without people, house numbers or addresses.
Who helps us
These providers handle information for us, only on our instructions:
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and processes form submissions.
- Resend, which delivers the form to our email inbox.
- Afaceri Diaspora Ltd, which built and maintains this website and keeps a copy of form messages so none are lost.
- WhatsApp (Meta) and our email provider, when you contact us that way.
- Google, only if you click "Allow" (Google Analytics).
Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to a job are deleted within 12 months. Payment and waste records are kept for as long as the law requires (usually six years for tax, two years for waste transfer notes).
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it or ask us to restrict it. Email isaclearspacesolutions@gmail.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website uses no advertising. Google Analytics (visit statistics) loads only if you allow it; when it does, Google may set cookies and receive your IP address. See the cookie notice.
